When the American PARKER filter is working, the water to be filtered enters through the inlet, flows through the filter screen, and exits through the outlet into the user's required pipeline for process circulation. Particulate impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. This continuous circulation results in more and more particles being trapped, and the filtration speed becomes slower and slower, while the inlet wastewater continues to enter, causing the filter pores to become smaller and smaller. This creates a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller. The control system starts the drive motor, which drives the shaft to rotate through the transmission component. At the same time, the drain port opens, and the wastewater is discharged from the drain.

PARKER filters are essential devices in pipelines transporting media, typically installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, level control valves, and other equipment. The filter consists of a cylinder, stainless steel filter screen, drain section, transmission device, and electrical control system. After the water to be treated passes through the filter cartridge, impurities are blocked. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, clean it, and reinstall it. Therefore, use and maintenance are extremely convenient.

1. High Efficiency, Precise Filtration: The specially structured filter disc filtration technology provides precise and sensitive performance, ensuring that only particles smaller than the required diameter enter the system, making it a superior filtration system. Various specifications are available, including 5μ, 10μ, 20μ, 55μ, 100μ, 130μ, and 200μ, allowing users to choose different precision filter discs according to their water usage requirements. For example, a unit treating approximately 300 m³/h of water occupies only about 6 m² (for general water quality and a filtration level of 100μ). 3. Fully automatic operation and continuous water output: The backwashing process alternates between the units in the filter assembly, and the working and backwashing states are automatically switched to ensure continuous water output; the backwashing water consumption is very small, accounting for only 0.5% of the output water; if combined with air-assisted backwashing, the self-consumption water can be reduced to below 0.2%. PARKER Filter Features:
1. High filtration accuracy: Removes over 95% of suspended solids in water. Effectively removes large organic molecules, viruses, bacteria, colloids, iron, and other impurities. After proper coagulation treatment, the treated water output is below 1 NTU when the influent is 10 NTU.
