Aventics 2-way 4-way and 3-way Rexroth proportional directional valves are direct-acting, plate-type valves; operated by a proportional solenoid with a center thread, the coil of which can be disassembled separately. The solenoid can be controlled by an external amplifier (WRE type) or a built-in amplifier (WREE type).

Pneumatic valves are valves driven by compressed air. The practice of specifying only specifications, category, and working pressure when purchasing pneumatic valves, while suitable for controlling the flow of various fluids such as air, water, steam, corrosive media, slurry, oil, liquid metals, and radioactive media, is imperfect in the current market economy. These valves should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines.

Aventics Pneumatic Valves

Working Principle

Compressed air drives multiple sets of combined pneumatic pistons within the actuator, transmitting force to the crossbeam and inner curved track, driving the hollow main shaft to rotate. Compressed air is distributed to each cylinder, changing the inlet and outlet positions to change the direction of rotation of the main shaft. The number of cylinder combinations can be adjusted according to the required rotational torque of the load (valve) to drive the load (valve) to work.

Two-position five-way solenoid valves are typically used in conjunction with double-acting pneumatic actuators. "Two-position" means two controllable positions: open and closed. "Five-way" means five air channels: one connected to the air source, two connected to the inlet/outlet of the external air chamber of the double-acting cylinder, and two connected to the inlet/outlet of the internal air chamber. Intelligent Display Instrument

An intelligent display instrument is used to monitor the valve's operating status and control its operation. It monitors the valve's operating status through two position sensors, determining whether the valve is open or closed. It records the valve's opening and closing digitally through programming and has two 4-20mA outputs corresponding to the valve opening degree, as well as two normally open and normally closed output contacts. These output signals control the valve's opening and closing actions.
