ATOS Solenoid Valve Control Accuracy:

1) Ordinary solenoid valves only have two positions: open and closed. For applications requiring high control accuracy and stable parameters, multi-position solenoid valves are necessary.

ATOS solenoid valves are electromagnetically controlled industrial devices, fundamental components of automation used to control fluids. They are actuators, not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic systems. They are used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow rate, speed, and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be used with different circuits to achieve the desired control, ensuring both accuracy and flexibility. There are many types of solenoid valves, each playing a different role in the control system. 1. On/Off Type:

ATOS solenoid valves are driven by a coil and can only open or close, with a short actuation time.

ATOS electric valves are generally driven by a motor, requiring a certain amount of time to complete the opening or closing action, allowing for analog operation and regulation.

2. Operating Characteristics:

ATOS solenoid valves generally have a very small flow coefficient and a small operating pressure difference. For example, the flow coefficient of a 25mm solenoid valve is much smaller than that of a 15mm electric ball valve. Solenoid valves are driven by a solenoid coil, making them relatively susceptible to damage from voltage surges. They function essentially as a switch, performing only two actions: opening and closing.

ATOS electric valves are generally driven by a motor, making them more resistant to voltage surges. Solenoid valves are quick-opening and quick-closing, generally used in applications with low flow rates and low pressures, requiring high switching frequencies, while electric valves are the opposite. Electric valves allow for controllable valve opening, with states including open, closed, and partially open/closed, thus controlling the flow rate of media in pipelines. Solenoid valves, however, cannot achieve this.
