MAC solenoid valve 45A-GAI-DDDJ-1KG in stock

The American MAC solenoid valve has a sealed chamber with through holes at different positions, each connecting to a different oil pipe. Inside the chamber is a piston, flanked by two electromagnets. When the coil of one electromagnet is energized, the valve body is attracted to that side. Controlling the movement of the valve body opens or closes different drain holes. The inlet hole is always open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different drain pipes. The oil pressure then pushes the piston in the cylinder, which in turn moves the piston rod, which in turn drives the mechanical device. Thus, controlling the flow of current to the electromagnets controls the mechanical movement.

About MAC Valves Inc. (USA):
MAC Valves was founded in January 1948 as Mechanical Air Control, with a capital of US$2,000. In 1962, the company name was changed to MAC Valves Inc.
Starting in 1964, MAC implemented an 18-month unconditional quality guarantee policy for all its products, printing this guarantee on its brochures and distributing them worldwide to emphasize the quality of MAC products. To date, no other manufacturer prints an 18-month quality guarantee on its brochures.
In 1971, MAC Valves Europe was established in Belgium as a branch of MAC Valves Inc.
In 1971, the Japanese government approved a manufacturing contract between MAC and SMC Corporation of Japan, under which MAC transferred technology to SMC and authorized SMC to produce solenoid valves in Japan. SMC also became MAC Valves' agent in the Asia-Pacific region. SMC was originally a filter manufacturer.
In 1972, MAC sold one million valves; five years later, sales doubled, exceeding two million by 1977.
In 1984, MAC Valves Pacific was established in New Zealand, a branch of MAC Valves responsible for sales and service in the Asian and Australian markets.
MAC Valves is an employee-owned company with over 1,300 employees worldwide.
Over the past six decades, MAC's technology in designing and developing equipment has successfully created highly competitive products with superior advantages for industrial automation applications.
MAC's material combinations are all proven through testing. This equipment provides testing of responsiveness and lifespan characteristics, making its ultra-high-speed performance among the best in the world.
Valve responsiveness, lifespan, and reliability have become standard requirements in manufacturing plants. Manufacturing valves with so many advantages requires high technology, but MAC has not neglected the importance of price.
MAC ultra-high-speed solenoid valves are competitive with other valves in the market.
MAC outsources sales and service to its worldwide network of agents, rather than directly selling its products.
Many features protect MAC's design capabilities, ensuring its expertise in pneumatic valve technology.
Here are some features of MAC's ultra-high-speed solenoid valves:
1. Coil burnout prevention.
2. Air and spring return ensure smooth and consistent valve response and prevent blockage.
3. Internal check accumulator design prevents valve tripping in case of insufficient air during operation.
4. Built-in shaft design with a larger open flow orifice provides a larger flow rate than usual.
5. Built-in dual shafts move within a single flow orifice, shortening the valve's stroke, resulting in less wear and longer lifespan.
MAC solenoid valves currently hold a 26% market share in the United States. 45% of its customers are in packaging machinery, with the remainder in sorting machinery, tire machinery, mining, automotive, electronics, aluminum, wood, paper, printing, food, and beverage industries.
Key features of MAC solenoid valves from the USA:
1. Balanced valve design, response time unaffected by pressure changes;
2. Anti-jamming protection design for the valve core, preventing coil burnout;
3. Strong coil suction, ensuring fast and precise operation;
4. Automatic wear compensation, extending valve lifespan;
5. Air isolation for the coil, extending coil lifespan;
6. Available in various sizes, M5-2 1/2" options;
7. 18-month warranty.
