HYDAC pressure sensors are among the most commonly used sensors in industrial practice. HYDAC pressure sensors are mainly used in the measurement of acceleration, pressure, and force. Piezoelectric accelerometers are a commonly used type of accelerometer. They have excellent characteristics such as simple structure, small size, light weight, and long service life. Piezoelectric accelerometers have been widely used in vibration and shock measurements in aircraft, automobiles, ships, bridges, and buildings, especially in the aerospace field where they hold a special place. Piezoelectric sensors can also be used to measure internal combustion pressure and vacuum levels in engines. It can also be used in the military industry, for example, to measure the change in chamber pressure at the moment of firing and the shock wave pressure at the muzzle. It can be used to measure both large and small pressures.

HYDAC pressure sensors are also widely used in biomedical measurements. For example, ventricular catheter microphones are made using piezoelectric sensors because measuring dynamic pressure is so common, hence the wide range of applications for piezoelectric sensors.

Correct Installation Method for HYDAC Pressure Sensors

Damage to high-temperature melt pressure sensors is usually caused by improper installation. Forcing the sensor into a hole that is too small or irregularly shaped can damage the sensor's diaphragm due to impact. Using appropriate tools to machine the mounting hole helps control its size. Furthermore, proper installation torque helps create a good seal; however, excessive torque can cause the high-temperature melt pressure sensor to slip. To prevent this, an anti-slip compound is usually applied to the threaded portion of the sensor before installation.

(1) Verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions using appropriate instruments.

(2) Verify the correctness of the pressure sensor's encoding and corresponding frequency response signal.
