Working Principle of EPRO Sensors:

The absolute vibration sensors PR9266 and PR9268 consist of a seismic block and a measuring coil supported by a spring. The measuring element can move within the magnetic field of a circular magnet. The sensor's natural frequency is between 4-13Hz, depending on the specific sensor model. Vibration of the sensor housing generates a voltage signal proportional to the vibration velocity. The PR9268/… series sensors can only measure in one direction (vertical or horizontal). The PR 9266/… series sensors have a lifting coil, allowing for both vertical and horizontal measurements.
