Originally a factory of Philips in West Germany, established in 1970, it became an independent company in 1992. In 1994, it acquired Philips' Turbine Monitoring and Protection Systems division, inheriting Philips' decades of valuable experience in rotating machinery protection, well-equipped production facilities, and especially the senior experts cultivated by Philips over many years, as well as its global sales and technical service network. Based on this, it successfully developed a new generation of turbine monitoring and protection system: MMS6000. Since the Philips RMS700 turbine monitoring and protection system entered the Chinese market in 1986, it has been widely used in my country's power system. Currently, more than 200 large turbines in power plants across the country are running the epro MMS6000 system, and it is continuously being adopted by more new units. Existing RMS700 and other protection systems will also be upgraded, fully ensuring the safe operation of these units.

We supply German EPRO sensors, vibration transmitters, speed/key phase modules, differential expansion probes, and eddy current sensors.

Applications:

Eddy current sensors are widely used in various industrial fields and laboratories. They are small, highly reliable, and offer non-contact measurement, making them suitable for various turbine machinery and capable of measuring physical quantities such as shaft vibration and shaft displacement. EPRO offers a variety of eddy current sensor models to meet diverse measurement needs. The following physical quantities can be measured: - Clearance between rotating and stationary parts - Shaft vibration and eccentricity - Shaft bending - Radial and axial displacement of the shaft - Bearing wear - Oil film thickness - Relative thermal expansion of the shaft and bearing - Thermal expansion of the bearing - The valve position sensor is manufactured and used in accordance with a number of internationally recognized standards, such as API 670, DIN 45670 and ISO 10817-1. With the addition of a safety barrier, the sensor and preamplifier can operate in explosion-proof environments, complying with relevant European standards EN 50014/50020.
