REXROTH Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve Selection Information
REXROTH Piston Pumps, REXROTH Proportional Valves, REXROTH Solenoid Valves, REXROTH Pneumatic Components
REXROTH proportional pressure reducing valves belong to the high-pressure valve series and are suitable for use in metallurgy, petroleum, hydraulic, and water pressure testing units. Main Uses: They achieve pressure reduction by throttling energy consumption, allowing high-pressure water in high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure equipment and pipelines to be reduced to the required low pressure before discharge, resulting in a uniform pressure reduction in the high-pressure system.
REXROTH Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve Features:
REXROTH proportional pressure reducing valves consist of a cylinder and a valve body. The orifice plate and high-pressure regulating valve are designed as a single unit. The valve opening and closing, discharge flow, and pressure reduction are controlled by the hydraulic cylinder stroke. Discharge pressure and flow can be adjusted arbitrarily, ensuring safety and convenience.
Proportional pressure reducing valve: Pressure drop from 50 MPa to 1.6 MPa, adjustable discharge pressure.
Working principle of REXROTH proportional pressure reducing valve:
The pilot valve opens by turning the top adjusting bolt clockwise, causing the spring to contract and the resulting elastic force to cause the pilot valve diaphragm to concave downwards. The force acting on the pilot valve connecting rod causes it to move downwards, opening the pilot valve. When the pilot valve opens, steam from the upstream inlet pipe section A enters the pilot valve annular steam chamber through the α channel (steam supply regulating channel), and is directly delivered to the upper chamber of the piston cylinder below via the β channel. With the continuous supply of steam in chamber A, the pressure continuously increases, pushing the piston downwards to open the main valve. At this time, steam continuously flows from chamber A to chamber B. When the load in the downstream outlet pipe section B is sufficient, the excess steam causes the pressure in chamber B to continuously increase. The continuously increasing pressure is fed back to the lower chamber of the pilot valve diaphragm through the γ channel (pressure sensing channel), causing the pilot valve diaphragm to bulge upwards, overcoming the pressure of the upper adjusting spring, and the pilot valve is partially closed or closed. This reduces or shuts off the steam source from the upstream α channel. When the pressure in the upper chamber of the piston cylinder decreases, the main valve is partially or completely closed by the return spring below. At this point, the pressure in chamber B begins to decrease, and this cycle repeats to achieve pressure regulation.
