For example, the maximum nominal diameter of a gas pressure reducing valve is DN500, and the maximum nominal diameter of a water pressure reducing valve is DN1000. Based on the specifications of the pressure reducing valves produced by manufacturers and the available data, the connection dimensions are not entirely uniform among manufacturers. For example, for a DN500 gas pressure reducing valve, it is recommended that the General Machinery Research Institute revise JB/T2203-1999 "Pressure Reducing Valve Structural Length". It is recommended that design institutes and users select according to the standard, and that pressure reducing valve manufacturers design and manufacture according to the standard.
