Fairchild filter pressure reducing valves utilize a rolling diaphragm. When the input pressure fluctuates, the diaphragm automatically adjusts to ensure a stable output pressure.

Fairchild filter pressure reducing valves can be equipped with high-precision pressure reducing valves to meet specific output pressure accuracy requirements. During operation, compressed air passes through a two-stage, three-section filter to remove impurities such as oil, water, and dust, significantly improving the diaphragm's lifespan and pressure regulation precision. Due to the long service life of the filter elements, maintenance can be performed by repairing the filter elements and pressure reducing elements separately, eliminating the need for complete replacement and greatly saving costs.

Working Principle of Fairchild Filter Pressure Reducing Valve:

Rotating the adjusting screw clockwise forces the adjusting spring downwards, pressing the diaphragm. This causes the valve core and base to move downwards, creating a passage above the valve core and base, allowing the air pressure to be output through the outlet.

When the outlet pressure rises to the set pressure, it is transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet pressure sensor hole, balancing with the spring pressure and maintaining the set pressure.

When the outlet pressure exceeds the set pressure, it is transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet pressure sensor hole, opening the hole between the diaphragm and the base. The outlet pressure is then transmitted through this hole to the spring chamber and discharged to the atmosphere, maintaining the set pressure.
