Dynisco, an American company, divides temperature ranges into compensated temperature range and operating temperature range. The compensated temperature range is the temperature range within which accuracy is brought within the rated range after temperature compensation is applied. The operating temperature range is the temperature range within which the pressure sensor is guaranteed to function normally.

Dynisco (USA)
Applications
Chemical, Petroleum, Energy, Electrical, General
Dynisco pressure sensors have twice the measurement range of inductive sensors. They can detect not only metallic targets but also dielectric materials such as paper, glass, wood, and plastics, and can even detect through walls or cardboard. Since the human body is a conductor at low frequencies, they are also used for measuring human tremors and in burglar alarms.
When measuring strain in a component, Dynisco pressure sensors can directly attach strain gauges to the component. However, to measure signals such as force, pressure, and acceleration, these physical quantities must first be converted into strain before measurement with a strain gauge. This involves an additional conversion process compared to direct measurement. The element that performs this conversion is usually called an elastic element. Therefore, strain gauge sensors typically consist of two parts: an elastic sensitive element and a strain gauge.
Basic Points of Dynisco Pressure Sensors
I. Correct Installation Method
Damage to high-temperature melt pressure sensors is usually caused by improper installation. Forcing the sensor into a hole that is too small or irregularly shaped can damage the sensor's diaphragm due to impact. Using appropriate tools to machine the mounting hole helps control its size. Furthermore, proper installation torque helps create a good seal; however, excessive torque can cause the high-temperature melt pressure sensor to slip. To prevent this, an anti-slip compound is usually applied to the threaded portion of the sensor before installation.
(1) Verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions using appropriate instruments.
(2) Verify the correctness of the pressure sensor's encoding and corresponding frequency response signal.
Dynisco pressure sensors are among the most commonly used sensors in industrial practice. They are widely applied in various industrial automation environments, including water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military, petrochemicals, oil wells, power, shipbuilding, machine tools, pipelines, and many other industries. Below is a brief introduction to the principles and applications of some commonly used sensors. Also available are medical pressure sensors.
Dynisco China will be responsible for the research, development, manufacturing, and global sales of HAOYING brand products, as well as the sales and technical service of Dynisco brand products in China.
