Classification of Camozzi Pneumatic Control Valves

Camozzi pneumatic control valves refer to various pneumatic components used in pneumatic systems to control the pressure, flow rate, and flow direction of airflow, ensuring the normal operation of pneumatic actuators or mechanisms. Components that control and regulate compressed air pressure are called pressure control valves. Components that control and regulate compressed air flow rate are called flow control valves. Components that change and control the direction of airflow are called directional control valves.

The selection includes various Camozzi products. In addition to the three types of control valves mentioned above, there are also logic elements that can realize certain logical functions, including jet elements with no moving parts and pneumatic logic elements with moving parts. In terms of structural principle, logic elements are basically the same as directional control valves, only smaller in size and diameter, and are generally used to implement signal logic operations. With the miniaturization of pneumatic components and the widespread application of PLC control in pneumatic systems, the application scope of pneumatic logic elements is gradually decreasing. From the perspective of control methods, pneumatic control can be divided into two categories: intermittent control and continuous control. In intermittent control systems, pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves are typically used to implement programmed actions; in continuous control systems, in addition to pressure and flow control valves, servo and proportional control valves are also employed to enable continuous system control.
