Straight-shaft swashplate piston pumps are divided into two types: pressure-fed and self-priming.

Pressure-fed hydraulic pumps mostly use pressurized oil tanks, and some hydraulic pumps have built-in replenishing pumps that supply pressurized oil to the hydraulic pump inlet. Self-priming hydraulic pumps have strong self-priming capabilities and do not require external oil supply. For hydraulic oil tanks that rely on air pressure, after each machine start-up, the hydraulic oil tank must reach the operating air pressure before operating the machinery. If the machine is operated when the hydraulic oil tank pressure is insufficient, it will cause the slip plate inside the hydraulic pump to detach, resulting in abnormal wear of the return plate and pressure plate inside the pump body. The Italian ATOS PFE series of high-performance vane pumps includes eight series and 75 specifications: single pumps (PFE-31/41/51/32/42/52) and double pumps (PFED-43/54). Its displacement range is 16.5～150ml/r, rated pressure is 21～30MPa, and speed range is 600～2800r/min.

Communicates with a computer via RS232 interface for direct computer control; contact media materials are resistant to organic solvent corrosion; large LCD display; carefully designed venting device effectively removes air bubbles from the pumped liquid.
