DHA-0713/GK/WP/24DC25/BT When the ATOS solenoid valve is energized, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot orifice, and the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, creating a pressure difference around the closing element that is lower at the top and higher at the bottom. The fluid pressure pushes the closing element upward, and the valve opens. When the power is off, the spring force closes the pilot orifice, and the inlet pressure quickly creates a pressure difference around the closing element through the bypass orifice, creating a pressure difference that is lower at the bottom and higher at the top. The fluid pressure pushes the closing element downward, and the valve closes.

ATOS Solenoid Valve DHI-0715-X 24DC In Stock

ATOS solenoid valves eliminate external leakage, easily control internal leakage, and are safe to use. Internal and external leakage are safety hazards. Other automatic control valves typically have an extended valve stem, with electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators controlling the rotation or movement of the valve core. This requires solving the problem of external leakage from the dynamic seal of the valve stem during long-term operation; only solenoid valves use electromagnetic force acting on an iron core sealed within the magnetic sleeve of the electric control valve, eliminating the dynamic seal and thus easily eliminating external leakage. Electric valves are difficult to control torque, easily causing internal leakage, and even breaking the valve stem head; the structure of solenoid valves easily controls internal leakage, reducing it to zero. Therefore, solenoid valves are particularly safe to use, especially suitable for corrosive, toxic, or high/low temperature media.

ATOS solenoid valve systems are simple, easy to connect to computers, and inexpensive. Solenoid valves are simple in structure and inexpensive, and easier to install and maintain than other types of actuators such as control valves. More significantly, the resulting automatic control systems are much simpler and cheaper. Because solenoid valves are controlled by on/off signals, they are very easy to connect to industrial control computers. In today's era of widespread computer use and significantly reduced prices, the advantages of solenoid valves are even more pronounced.

ATOS solenoid valves offer rapid action, minimal power consumption, and a compact design. The response time of a solenoid valve can be as short as a few milliseconds, and even pilot-operated solenoid valves can be controlled within tens of milliseconds. Due to their self-contained circuit, they are more responsive than other automatic control valves. A well-designed solenoid valve coil consumes very little power, making it an energy-saving product; it can even be designed to automatically maintain the valve position after a trigger action, consuming no power under normal conditions. Solenoid valves are small in size, saving space and offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design. However, the adjustment accuracy and applicable media of solenoid valves are limited. Solenoid valves typically only have two states, on and off, and the valve core can only be in two extreme positions, preventing continuous adjustment (although many new designs are attempting to overcome this limitation, they are still in the experimental stage). Therefore, the adjustment accuracy is still somewhat limited.

ATOS solenoid valves have high requirements for media cleanliness; media containing particulate matter are unsuitable and must be filtered out if impurities are present. Furthermore, viscous media are unsuitable, and certain products have a relatively narrow applicable viscosity range. ATOS solenoid valves come in various models and have wide applications. Although solenoid valves have inherent limitations, their advantages are still very prominent, leading to the design of a wide variety of products to meet diverse needs and achieve extremely broad applications. Advances in solenoid valve technology have focused on overcoming these inherent limitations and better leveraging their inherent advantages.

An ATOS solenoid valve consists of an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core, and is a valve body containing one or more orifices. When the coil is energized or de-energized, the rotation of the magnetic core causes fluid to flow through the valve body or be cut off, thus changing the fluid direction. The electromagnetic components of the solenoid valve consist of a fixed iron core, a moving iron core, and a coil; the valve body consists of a spool, a spool sleeve, and a spring base. The electromagnetic coil is directly mounted on the valve body, which is enclosed in a sealing tube, forming a simple and compact assembly. In production, we commonly use solenoid valves such as 2-position 3-way, 2-position 4-way, and 2-position 5-way. Let's first explain the meaning of "2-position": for a solenoid valve, it means energized and de-energized; for the valve it controls, it means open and closed.

ATOS solenoid valves are used until major components fail, preventing normal switching and reset actions, or until their main performance indicators significantly deteriorate beyond the specified number of switching cycles.

ATOS Solenoid Valve Selection Criteria:

1. Select the solenoid valve based on pipeline parameters: nominal diameter (DN), connection type

1) Determine the nominal diameter (DN) based on the inner diameter of the pipeline or the flow rate requirements.

2) For connection methods, generally, flange connections should be selected for DN>50, while for DN≤50, the choice can be made freely according to user needs.

2. Selecting the solenoid valve based on fluid parameters: material, temperature group

1) Corrosive fluids: Corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and all-stainless steel are recommended; Ultra-clean edible fluids: Food-grade stainless steel solenoid valves are recommended.

2) High-temperature fluids: Solenoid valves made with high-temperature resistant electrical and sealing materials should be selected, and piston-type valves should be chosen.

3) Fluid state: Fluids can be gaseous, liquid, or mixed, especially for diameters greater than DN25, which must be clearly distinguished.

4) Fluid viscosity: Generally, any choice is acceptable below 50 cSt; if it exceeds this value, a high-viscosity solenoid valve should be selected. ATOS relief valves, ATOS proportional valves, ATOS stack valves, ATOS solenoid valves
