ATOS DHI-0751/2-X solenoid valve in stock

The working principle of the Italian ATOS solenoid valve: When energized, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing element from the valve seat, opening the valve; when de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the closing element back onto the valve seat, closing the valve. Features of the Italian ATOS solenoid valve: It can operate normally under vacuum, negative pressure, and zero pressure, but the nominal diameter is generally no more than 25mm.

ATOS solenoid valves have a sealed chamber with through-holes at different positions, each connecting to a different oil pipe. Inside the chamber is a piston, flanked by two electromagnets. When the coil of one electromagnet is energized, the valve body is attracted to that side. Controlling the movement of the valve body opens or closes different drain holes. The inlet hole is always open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different drain pipes. The oil pressure then pushes the piston in the cylinder, which in turn moves the piston rod, which in turn drives the mechanical device. Thus, controlling the flow of current to the electromagnets controls the mechanical movement.

ATOS solenoid valves are electromagnetically controlled industrial devices, fundamental components of automation systems used to control fluids. They are actuators, not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic systems. Used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow rate, speed, and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be used with different circuits to achieve the desired control, ensuring both precision and flexibility. There are many types of solenoid valves, each playing a different role in the control system. The most common are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, and speed control valves.

ATOS solenoid valves use a single solenoid coil to generate magnetic attraction that overcomes spring pressure, actuating the valve core. They are simple in structure, inexpensive, and only perform on/off functions.

ATOS solenoid valves also use an electric motor to drive the valve stem, which in turn moves the valve core. Electric valves are further divided into shut-off valves and regulating valves. Shut-off valves operate in two positions (fully open and fully closed), while regulating valves use an electric valve positioner to dynamically stabilize the valve in a specific position through closed-loop regulation.

ATOS solenoid valves generally have a very small flow coefficient and a very small operating pressure difference. For example, the flow coefficient of a 25mm solenoid valve is generally much smaller than that of a 15mm electric ball valve. Solenoid valves are driven by an electromagnetic coil, making them relatively susceptible to damage from voltage surges. They function essentially as a switch, with two actions: opening and closing.

ATOS electric valves are generally driven by motors, which are more resistant to voltage surges. Solenoid valves are quick-opening and quick-closing, generally used in applications with low flow rates and low pressures, requiring high switching frequencies; electric valves, on the other hand, are less efficient. The opening degree of electric valves can be controlled, with states including open, closed, and partially open/closed, allowing control of the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline, a requirement that solenoid valves cannot meet.
