Rexroth's Strong Sales Channels

As the Rexroth brand gains increasing recognition in China, many domestic trading companies are beginning to import Rexroth products through overseas channels.

Rexroth pneumatic control valves must not damage the pressure-conducting device during installation; the 1/2 pipe fitting on the valve should be installed at the pump inlet; it can be installed horizontally or vertically; when the required head of the flow-limiting check valve is greater than 0.1MPa, first open the four-way valve counterclockwise, then gradually close the pressure regulating valve clockwise. During the closing process, the outlet pressure will gradually increase until the outlet pressure reaches the required head, thus completing the initial adjustment. Repeatedly start and stop the pump 2-3 times, running for 3-5 minutes each time. If the outlet pressure remains unchanged, the commissioning is complete; depending on the water quality, the outlet pressure should be checked frequently. When the outlet pressure is lower than the set value, the filter should be opened to remove contaminants. Rexroth Pneumatic Valve Applications:

It features a right-angle rotary structure, used in conjunction with a valve positioner to achieve proportional regulation. The V-shaped valve core is suitable for various regulating applications, offering a large rated flow coefficient, high adjustability, excellent sealing, sensitive regulation performance, compact size, and the ability to be installed vertically or horizontally. It is suitable for controlling gases, steam, liquids, and other media.

It is a right-angle rotary structure, composed of a V-shaped valve body, pneumatic actuator, positioner, and other accessories; it has an inherent flow characteristic of approximately equal percentage; it employs a double-bearing structure, resulting in low starting torque and excellent sensitivity and response speed; it also possesses strong shearing capacity.

Rexroth Pneumatic Valve Working Principle:

The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as a power source. The piston's movement drives the crank arm to rotate 90 degrees, achieving automatic opening and closing of the valve. Its components include: adjusting bolt, actuator housing, crank arm, cylinder body, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, and universal joint.

Pneumatic Control Valve Working Principle: The pneumatic control valve consists of an actuator and a regulating mechanism. The actuator is the thrust component of the control valve; it generates a corresponding thrust based on the magnitude of the control signal pressure, thus actuating the control mechanism. The valve body is the regulating component of the pneumatic control valve; it directly contacts the regulating medium and regulates the flow rate of that fluid.
