The Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valve is a medium-to-high pressure integrated two-way directional valve. It can be equipped with relief valves, overload valves, check valves, and replenishing valves according to customer requirements. The relief valve adjusts system pressure, the overload valve controls the working pressure of a single oil chamber, the check valve prevents backflow, and the directional valve slide valve functions include A, O, Y, and P, which can be combined arbitrarily. The directional handle has two installation forms for convenient operation in different directions. This valve uses a parallel oil circuit and is designed with a pressure output port to connect to other hydraulic components to provide a power source. A specially designed sealing method ensures the valve's tightness. This valve is widely used in the hydraulic systems of forklifts, sanitation vehicles, small loaders, and other construction machinery. The hydraulic directional valve consists of left and right drive valves. Each drive valve includes a valve body and a valve core. Its key feature is that the drive valve body is equipped with an overload protection valve connected to the inlet and outlet ports of the valve body. The overload protection valve includes a main valve body, a secondary valve body, a valve needle, and a check valve core. The secondary valve body is screwed to the rear end of the main valve body. A valve needle is housed within the inner cavity of the secondary valve body, and a return spring is sleeved at the rear end of the valve needle. The conical valve needle contacts the oil hole at the front end of the secondary valve body. The check valve core has a circular hole at its front end, which slides with a throttling valve core. A spring is located at the rear end of the throttling valve core, which has a throttling orifice in its center. A pressure relief chamber is formed between the front end of the secondary valve body and the inner cavity of the check valve core.
Compared to gate valves, the Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valve has shorter opening and closing times, smaller operating torque, smaller installation space, and lighter weight. Taking DN1000 as an example, a directional control valve weighs approximately 2 tons, while a gate valve weighs approximately 3.5 tons. Directional control valves are easily combined with various drive devices and offer good durability and reliability. A disadvantage of rubber-sealed directional control valves is that improper use during throttling can lead to cavitation, causing the rubber seat to peel off and become damaged. To address this, metal-sealed directional control valves have been developed internationally, reducing the cavitation zone. In recent years, my country has also developed metal-sealed directional control valves, and Japan has recently developed cavitation-resistant, low-vibration, and low-noise comb-type directional control valves.
The Parker D1VW series solenoid directional control valve is a combination valve primarily designed for manual directional control. It includes a pilot-operated safety valve and a check valve, with a parallel oil circuit. This valve has a simple structure, low leakage, good safety valve opening and closing performance, and spool valve functions in O, P, Y, and A configurations. Positioning methods include spring return and ball positioning. Primarily used in hydraulic systems of construction machinery, mining machinery, lifting and transportation machinery, and other machinery, these valves are used to change the direction of fluid flow and achieve centralized control of multiple actuators. They consist of pressure compensation elements, proportional flow valves, solenoid multi-way directional valves, and various functional valves. Using a fixed displacement pump, a proportional multi-way directional control circuit can be achieved, resulting in low circuit temperature rise and low no-load power consumption, making them suitable for medium and small-sized hydraulic mobile machinery.
The 1DL15 series Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valve is a combination valve composed of a check valve, safety valve, inlet body, return body, and multiple directional valve plates. Manual directional control is the primary function. It features a compact structure, high working pressure, excellent performance, and reliable operation. The oil circuit uses parallel oil circuits. Various spool valves are available to meet system requirements. Valve stem reset is achieved through manual directional spring automatic reset or ball bearing positioning. A check valve is installed inside the valve plate to prevent backflow. The inlet valve plate has a relief valve to control the overall system pressure.
Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valves are plate-type directional valves, improved upon the design of the Tadano truck crane outrigger valve. Primarily used to control the extension and retraction of truck crane outriggers, the design, in addition to maintaining original performance, emphasizes the hydraulic passage to the upper crane, significantly reducing pressure loss at the mid-position and minimizing system heat generation. This valve has proven to be a reliable replacement for the Tadano truck crane outrigger valve, achieving domestic production of imported components. The valve mainly consists of a front valve body, a selector valve assembly, a hydraulic control valve assembly, and a four-way directional valve. Its safety valve has a compact structure, good opening and closing performance, and low noise. The valve is manually operated, featuring easy operation, flexible directional switching, and reliable positioning. This valve can also be used in the hydraulic systems of other construction machinery. Each additional plate adds 100 yuan.
Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valves are primarily used in the hydraulic systems of hydraulic truck cranes and hydraulic aerial work platforms. These multi-way directional valves feature a spool valve design and utilize an M-type spool valve mechanism. They control the hoisting, slewing, luffing, and telescopic functions of the crane via the upper control valve. They also enable coordinated operation of various actuators, significantly improving crane efficiency. This series of valves is characterized by its compact structure, high performance, and ease of installation and use, effectively meeting the performance requirements of upper control hydraulic systems.
The Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valve is an improvement upon the DL series directional valve. Its key feature is the integration of a flow divider valve and a multi-way directional valve, reducing structural complexity and facilitating design, installation, and maintenance. This valve is a combination valve consisting of a check valve, safety valve, inlet body, return body, and multiple directional valves. It is primarily operated manually. It features a compact structure, high working pressure, good performance, and reliable operation. Widely used in forklifts, loaders, and other construction machinery, as well as in mining, light industry, sanitation, and agricultural machinery industries. Used to change the direction of fluid flow and achieve centralized control of multiple actuators.
The Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valve is a parallel manual directional valve with a highly integrated structure, low pressure loss, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. It can achieve centralized control of multiple actuators and can combine functional valve plates according to different usage requirements. Each section of this series of directional valves comes with a check valve. According to user needs, an overload valve or a replenishing valve can be installed between any working chamber and return chamber. The single-acting/double-acting adjusting handle can be switched according to different machine models. The DF50 series directional valve is widely used in various mobile machinery.
The Parker D1VW series solenoid directional valve is a new product designed by introducing, digesting, and absorbing foreign technology. It is not only suitable for the hydraulic systems of forklifts, small loaders, and graders, but also for other lifting and transport machinery and mining machinery hydraulic systems, enabling the localization of imported components in the main unit. This series of directional control valves adopts a plate-type structure, and can be combined arbitrarily within 1-10 units. The oil circuit configuration is parallel or series-parallel. A flow stabilizing device is installed within the inlet plate to ensure the normal operation of the steering system. Additional valves such as overload valves, secondary pressure valves, and replenishing valves can be selected by the user. Spool valve functions include O, A, R, Y, and OX, which can be combined freely by the user. The CBD15 model is suitable for single-pump, dual-circuit systems. Bulk orders are negotiable. Our company can customize and produce directional control valves with various special requirements for customers.
