This series of sensors is used in measurement and control systems for direct and absolute measurement of displacement and length.
A maximum working range of 900mm and high resolution (0.01mm) provide accurate linear displacement measurement. The sensor's structural design facilitates installation and disassembly.
The sensor's internal and external surfaces undergo special treatment, enabling it to operate under high-speed, low-wear conditions. A flexible buffer bearing at the sensor's front end overcomes minor lateral stresses on the transmission rod, ensuring normal sensor operation. The sensor's conductive material fixing and structural design processes guarantee reliable operation even under harsh conditions. The sensor has mounting slots on all four sides, facilitating installation with the conductive material facing down to prevent the presence of small impurities inside the sensor, which could affect its lifespan.
