American MAC solenoid valve control accuracy: 1) Ordinary solenoid valves only have two positions, open and closed. When high control accuracy and stable parameters are required, multi-position solenoid valves should be selected; 2) Action time: refers to the time from when the electrical signal is turned on or off to when the main valve completes its action; 3) Leakage: The leakage value given in the sample is the commonly used economic grade.

MAC solenoid valves (USA) currently hold a 26% market share in the US. 45% of their customers are in packaging machinery, with the remainder in sorting machinery, tire machinery, mining, automotive, electronics, aluminum products, timber, paper, printing, food and beverage industries, etc. Its main features: 1. Balanced valve design, response time is unaffected by pressure changes; 2. Anti-jamming protection design for the valve core, preventing coil burnout; 3. Strong coil suction, ensuring fast and precise action; 4. Automatic wear compensation, extending valve lifespan; 5. Air isolation for the coil, extending coil lifespan; 6. Available in various sizes, M5-2 1/2" standard; 7. 18-month quality guarantee.
Performance requirements for MAC solenoid valves (USA):
1. Reversing performance: Under specified operating conditions, whether the solenoid valve can reliably reverse direction after being energized and reliably reset after being de-energized.
2. Pressure loss: The pressure loss of a solenoid directional valve consists of flow loss and throttling loss generated when the fluid flows through the valve orifice.
3. Internal leakage: The internal leakage of a solenoid directional valve refers to the leakage from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber under specified operating conditions and in various operating positions.
4. Reversing and reset time The time required from the electromagnet being energized to the valve core reversing is the reset time, which is the time required from the electromagnet being de-energized to the valve core returning to its initial position. 5. Reversing frequency The maximum number of reversing cycles allowed per unit time 6. Service life The Italian ATOS solenoid valve is used until the main components are damaged, and it cannot perform normal reversing and reset actions, or until its main performance indicators deteriorate significantly beyond the specified number of reversing cycles. [1] The American MAC solenoid valve is an industrial device controlled by electromagnetics. It is an automated basic component used to control fluids. It belongs to the actuator and is not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic. It is used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be used with different circuits to achieve the expected control, and the accuracy and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. There are many types of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play different roles in different positions of the control system. They are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed regulating valves, etc. American MAC solenoid valve Environmental conditions 1) The maximum temperature of the environment should be within the allowable range; 2) In the case of high relative humidity and water droplets or rain, waterproof solenoid valves should be selected; 3) In environments with frequent vibration, bumps, and impacts, special types of solenoid valves should be selected, such as marine solenoid valves;
4) In corrosive or explosive environments, corrosion-resistant types should be selected based on safety requirements;
5) If space is limited, multi-functional solenoid valves should be selected, as they eliminate the need for bypasses and three manual valves and facilitate online maintenance.
ATOS Solenoid Valve Power Supply Requirements
1) Select AC or DC solenoid valves according to the type of power supply. Generally, AC power is more readily available;
2) For voltage specifications, AC220V and DC24V should be preferred;
3) Power supply voltage fluctuations are typically +10% to -15% for AC and ±10% for DC. If these fluctuations exceed the tolerance, voltage stabilization measures must be taken;
4) The rated current and power consumption should be selected according to the power supply capacity. Note that AC has a higher VA value during startup; when the capacity is insufficient, indirect-operated solenoid valves should be selected first.
MAC Valves was founded in January 1948, initially as Mechanical Air... The company was originally named Control Mechanical Pneumatic Control Company, with a capital of US$2,000. In 1962, the company name was changed to MAC Valves Inc.
Starting in 1964, MAC implemented an 18-month unconditional quality guarantee policy for all its products, printing this guarantee on its brochures and distributing them worldwide to emphasize the quality of MAC products. To date, no other manufacturer has printed an 18-month quality guarantee on its brochures.
In 1971, MAC Valves Europe was established in Belgium as a branch of MAC Valves Inc.
In 1971, the Japanese government approved a manufacturing contract between MAC and SMC Corporation of Japan, under which MAC transferred technology to SMC and authorized SMC to produce solenoid valves in Japan. SMC also became MAC Valves Inc.'s agent in the Asia-Pacific region. SMC was previously a filter manufacturer.
By 1972, MAC had sold one million valves; five years later, the number had doubled, and by 1977, sales had exceeded two million.
In 1984, MAC Valves Pacific was established in New Zealand. This branch, also part of MAC Valves, is responsible for sales and service in the Asian and Australian markets.
