MAC solenoid valve 34B-AAA-GDFA-1KV in stock

$231.02

The American MAC solenoid valve has a sealed chamber with through-holes at different positions, each connecting to a different oil pipe. Inside the chamber is a piston, flanked by two electromagnets. When the coil of one electromagnet is energized, the valve body is attracted to that side. Controlling the movement of the valve body opens or closes different drain ports. The inlet port is always open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different drain pipes. The oil pressure then pushes the piston in the cylinder, which in turn moves the piston rod, which in turn drives the mechanical device. Thus, controlling the flow of current to the electromagnets controls the mechanical movement.

MAC solenoid valves currently hold a 26% market share in the US. 45% of their customers are in packaging machinery, with the remainder in sorting machinery, tire machinery, mining, automotive, electronics, aluminum products, timber, paper, printing, food and beverage industries, etc. Key features of MAC solenoid valves:

1. Balanced valve design, response time unaffected by pressure changes;

2. Anti-jamming protection design for the valve core, preventing coil burnout;

3. Strong coil suction, ensuring fast and precise operation;

4. Automatic wear compensation, extending valve lifespan;

5. Air isolation for the coil, extending coil lifespan;

6. Available in various sizes, including M5-2 1/2";

7. 18-month warranty.

About MAC Valves Inc. (USA):

MAC Valves was founded in January 1948 as Mechanical Air Control, with a capital of US$2,000. In 1962, the company name was changed to MAC Valves Inc. In 1964, MAC introduced an 18-month unconditional quality guarantee policy for all its products, printing this guarantee on its brochures and distributing them worldwide to emphasize the quality of MAC products. To date, no other manufacturer has printed an 18-month quality guarantee on its brochures.

In 1971, MAC Valves Europe was established in Belgium as a branch of MAC Valves.

In 1971, the Japanese government approved a manufacturing contract between MAC and SMC Corporation of Japan, under which MAC transferred technology to SMC and authorized SMC to manufacture solenoid valves in Japan. SMC also became MAC Valves' agent in the Asia-Pacific region. SMC was previously a filter manufacturer.

By 1972, MAC had sold one million valves; five years later, sales had doubled, exceeding two million by 1977.

In 1984, MAC Valves Pacific was established in New Zealand, also a branch of MAC Valves, responsible for sales and service in the Asian and Australian markets.

MAC Valves is an employee-owned company with over 1,300 employees worldwide.

For over sixty years, MAC's technology in designing and developing equipment has successfully created highly competitive products with superior advantages for industrial automation applications.

MAC product materials are all tested and proven, with equipment providing responsiveness and lifespan testing, making its ultra-high-speed performance among the best in the world.

Vacuum valve responsiveness, lifespan, and reliability have become standard requirements in manufacturing plants. Manufacturing valves with so many advantages requires advanced technology, but MAC has not neglected the importance of price.

MAC ultra-high-speed solenoid valves are as competitive as other valves in the market.

Sales and service are handled by its worldwide network of agents; MAC does not sell directly.

Many factors protect MAC's design capabilities, ensuring its expertise in pneumatic valve technology.

The following are some features of MAC ultra-high-speed solenoid valves:

1. Coil burnout prevention feature.

2. Air and spring return ensure smooth and consistent valve response and prevent valve blockage.

3. Internal check accumulator design ensures the valve will not abruptly shut off if there is insufficient air during operation.

4. The built-in shaft design features a larger open flow orifice, providing a larger flow rate than usual.

5. The built-in dual shafts move within a single flow orifice, shortening the valve's actuation stroke. A shorter stroke indicates less wear and a longer lifespan.

MAC Valves currently holds a 26% market share in the US, with 45% of its customers in packaging machinery, and the remainder in sorting machinery, tire machinery, mining, automotive, electronics, aluminum, timber, paper, printing, food, and beverage industries.
