The American MAC solenoid valve has a sealed chamber with through-holes at different positions, each connecting to a different oil pipe. Inside the chamber is a piston, flanked by two electromagnets. When the coil of one electromagnet is energized, the valve body is attracted to that side. Controlling the movement of the valve body opens or closes different drain ports. The inlet port is always open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different drain pipes. The oil pressure then pushes the piston in the cylinder, which in turn moves the piston rod, which in turn drives the mechanical device. Thus, controlling the flow of current to the electromagnets controls the mechanical movement.

2. Anti-jamming valve core protection design to prevent coil burnout;
3. Strong coil suction, ensuring fast and precise operation;
4. Automatic wear compensation, extending valve lifespan;
5. Air isolation for the coil, extending coil lifespan;
6. Available in various sizes, M5-2 1/2" standard;
7. 18-month warranty.
MAC Valves is an employee-owned company with over 1300 employees worldwide.
For over sixty years, MAC's technology in designing and developing equipment has successfully created highly competitive products with superior advantages for industrial automation applications.
MAC's material combinations are all proven through testing. This equipment provides testing of response and lifespan characteristics, making its ultra-high-speed performance among the best in the world.
Vacuum valve response, lifespan, and reliability have become standard requirements in manufacturing plants. Manufacturing valves with so many advantages requires high technology, but MAC has not neglected the importance of price.
MAC's ultra-high-speed solenoid valves are competitive with other valves in the market.
Sales and service are handled by its worldwide network of distributors; MAC does not sell directly.
Many factors protect MAC's design capabilities, ensuring it is a high-performance pneumatic valve technology.
Here are some features of MAC's ultra-high-speed solenoid valves:
1. Coil burnout prevention.
2. Air and spring return ensure smooth and consistent valve response and prevent blockage.
3. Internal check accumulator design prevents valve tripping in case of insufficient air during operation.
4. Built-in shaft design with a larger open flow orifice provides a larger flow rate than usual.
5. Built-in dual shafts move within a single flow orifice, shortening the valve's stroke, resulting in less wear and longer lifespan.
MAC Valves currently holds a 26% market share in the United States, with 45% of its customers in packaging machinery, and the remainder in sorting machinery, tire machinery, mining, automotive, electronics, aluminum, wood, paper, printing, food, and beverage industries.
Background Information on MAC Valves:
* Founded in January 1949, MAC is a multinational corporation specializing in the manufacture of compressed air valves. A Belgian branch was established in 1971, and a Pacific branch in New Zealand was established in 1984. Currently, the company employs 1200 people.
* The company employs a sales agency system, with 64 agents across all continents worldwide.
* For the past half-century, MAC has maintained its leading position in the compressed air valve manufacturing industry due to its superior design and manufacturing technology and numerous advantages. Before 1980, SMC's compressed air valves were manufactured using technology purchased from MAC.
* The main characteristics of MAC compressed air valves are: superior design and manufacturing technology; rapid and reliable valve operation; long service life; low requirements for operating conditions, with no special requirements for air cleanliness (Note: Brands such as SMC and FESTO have strict requirements for air cleanliness; please refer to the relevant brand's product manual for details); additionally, MAC valves have the smallest external dimensions among compressed air valves of the same flow rate.
MAC products are highly popular among users due to their superior performance, competitive prices, and excellent service. Statistics show that the company's air compressor valves hold a market share of up to 26% in the United States.
