HYDAC Pressure Switch Applications:

HYDAC pressure switches are available in two main categories: mechanical and electronic.

G&L electronic pressure switches amplify pressure signals using a high-precision instrumentation amplifier, acquire and process data via a high-speed MCU, and utilize built-in precision sensors for compensation. They are high-precision devices for detecting pressure and liquid level signals, enabling pressure and liquid level monitoring and control. They are widely used in automated systems for measuring gas and liquid pressure in chemical, mechanical, hydrological, power, and environmental protection industries. Due to their convenient and flexible adjustment and simple installation, they can replace most applications using liquid level switches.

1. The core of the product uses a new intelligent microprocessor chip, ensuring practical functionality and stable performance.

2. LED display shows the current pressure or liquid level value;

3. Pressure or liquid level can be set to start or stop according to user needs;

4. For four-digit LED products, three units can be selected according to customer needs: MPa, KG.F/CM2, PSI;

6. Two-channel relay/two-channel optocoupler/with 4-20mA/0-10V output selectable;

7. Uses a high-precision pressure sensor, which is more accurate than mechanical pressure switches, has less hysteresis, faster response, and is stable and reliable; adjustment has no dead zone, and the relay action pressure point can be set arbitrarily throughout the entire range;
