HYDAC filter elements possess excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, easily guaranteed filtration accuracy, and easy regeneration. Titanium filter elements are made from titanium powder through molding and high-temperature sintering, thus surface particles are not easily detached. The operating temperature in air can reach 500~600℃. They are suitable for filtering various corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxides, seawater, aqua regia, and solutions containing chlorides such as iron, copper, and sodium. They have excellent mechanical properties, can be cut and welded, and have high pressure resistance, with an internal pressure breaking strength exceeding 2MPa. Their filtration accuracy is easily guaranteed; even under high temperature and pressure, the pore size will not deform. Their porosity can reach 35~45%, with uniform pore size distribution, large dirt holding capacity, and a simple regeneration method, allowing for reuse after regeneration.
