FESTO solenoid valve JDDH-5/2-D-3 C in stock

$447.83

FESTO solenoid valves JDDH-5/2-D-3 C are available in stock. These are standard valves conforming to ISO 5599-1, and electrically controlled ISO valves conforming to ISO 5599-1 standards. They feature robust metal housings, are modular for group mounting, and can be used with a mix of ISO 1, 2, and 3 electrical connection methods. A comprehensive range of highly interconnected components are available, including pressure regulating valves, throttle valves, vertical pressure isolation plates, etc., and they can also be used as valve islands.

Main Features of FESTO Solenoid Valves:

(1) External leakage is eliminated, internal leakage is easily controlled, and safe to use. Internal and external leakage are factors that endanger safety. Other automatic control valves usually have the valve stem extended, and the rotation or movement of the valve core is controlled by electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators. This requires solving the problem of external leakage from the dynamic seal of the valve stem during long-term operation; only the solenoid valve uses electromagnetic force to act on the iron core sealed in the magnetic sleeve of the electric regulating valve, and there is no dynamic seal, so external leakage is easily eliminated. The torque control of electric valves is not easy, and internal leakage is easy to occur, even breaking the valve stem head; the structure of the solenoid valve makes it easy to control internal leakage, until it is reduced to zero. Therefore, solenoid valves are particularly safe to use, especially suitable for corrosive, toxic, or high and low temperature media.

(2) Simple system, easy to connect to computer, and low price. Solenoid valves are simple in structure and inexpensive, and easier to install and maintain than other types of actuators such as control valves. More significantly, the resulting automatic control system is much simpler and cheaper. Since solenoid valves are controlled by on/off signals, they are very easy to connect to industrial control computers. In today's era of widespread computer use and significantly reduced prices, the advantages of solenoid valves are even more pronounced.

(3) Fast action, low power consumption, and compact design. The response time of a solenoid valve can be as short as a few milliseconds; even pilot-operated solenoid valves can be controlled within tens of milliseconds. Because they form a self-contained circuit, they are more responsive than other automatic control valves. A well-designed solenoid valve coil consumes very little power, making it an energy-saving product; it can also automatically maintain the valve position after a trigger action, consuming no power under normal conditions. Solenoid valves are small in size, saving space and being both lightweight and aesthetically pleasing.

(4) Limited adjustment accuracy and applicable media. Solenoid valves typically only have two states: on and off. The valve core can only be in two extreme positions, and continuous adjustment is not possible (although many new designs are attempting to overcome this limitation, they are still in the experimental stage). Therefore, the adjustment accuracy is still somewhat limited. Solenoid valves have high requirements for media cleanliness; media containing particulate matter are unsuitable, and impurities must be filtered out first. Additionally, viscous media are unsuitable, and specific products have a relatively narrow applicable viscosity range.

(5) Diverse models and wide applications. Although FESTO solenoid valves have inherent limitations, their advantages are still very prominent. [

Festo solenoid valve applications in household life: Household RO machines (also known as pure water machines) use Festo solenoid valves mainly for water intake. Tabletop irons, steam cleaners (household export appliances), and coffee machines (tabletop) use Festo solenoid valves mainly for steam output.

One machine uses several to dozens of valves, and a factory uses hundreds to thousands per year.

Twin-screw extruders, mainly direct-acting: YCSM series, technical parameters are 3.5mm, pressure 0.8mm, plastic sealing, 220V connection, 1/2. One extruder produces about ten products.] Chick hatching equipment uses YCP, ZCT, and ZQDF models for temperature-controlled inlet water, with pressureless start-up and a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.

Drying equipment (mainly pharmaceutical and chemical equipment) uses YCP, YCPS, ZQDF, ZCZZCT, and 2L models in large quantities and of high value, controlling steam. Reverse osmosis equipment, water treatment equipment, water purification equipment, filling equipment, and coin-operated filling machines mainly use the 2W and YCD series, with significant demand.

Wood drying equipment mainly uses YCP, YCPS, ZQDF, ZCZZCT, and 2L models.

Twin-screw air compressors, using two to three, one with a 2/3-way valve and a 1.6mm orifice: YCG series and YCSM52 series.

Industrial washing equipment mainly controls steam entry: YCP2L. Disinfection equipment (medical equipment) mainly controls steam entry using YCP, YCPS, and ZCTZQDF series models.

Industrial V-belt production equipment primarily uses Festo steam solenoid valves (YCP, YCPS, ZCZZQDF) to control steam inlet and outlet.

Circuit board production equipment primarily uses Festo corrosion-resistant solenoid valves (YCFP).

Ultrasonic cleaning equipment primarily controls hot water inlet and outlet: YCP, YCPS, ZQDFZCZZCT, 2L. Refrigeration solenoid valves are mainly used in various refrigeration equipment, ice makers, cold storage equipment, etc. (Refrigeration valve 1000 series).

Fire protection equipment, automatic deluge systems, and fire protection engineering: product models 2W, YCD series, YCXF.

Water treatment systems, especially wastewater treatment, primarily use larger-sized Festo solenoid valves (DF-5065 and above) for engineering projects.
