SLL400-800B-200V50HZ The so-called PID control in European RNA controllers refers to a method in a closed-loop control system that enables the controlled physical quantity to rapidly and accurately approach the control target. PID control is one of the important areas of application technology in frequency converters and a crucial technical means for maximizing their performance. Personnel involved in the design, operation, and maintenance of variable frequency speed control products should be thoroughly familiar with and master the basic theory of PID control.

Application Areas: Environmental Protection, Petroleum, Energy, Electronics/Batteries, Comprehensive

European RNA controllers are master control devices that control the starting, speed regulation, braking, and reversing of motors by changing the wiring of the main circuit or control circuit and changing the resistance value in the circuit according to a predetermined sequence. They consist of a program counter, instruction register, instruction decoder, timing generator, and operation controller. It is the "decision-making body" that issues commands, coordinating and directing the operation of the entire computer system.

Main Classifications of European RNA Controllers

Controllers are divided into combinational logic controllers and microprogrammed controllers. Each type has its advantages and disadvantages. Combinational logic controllers are difficult to design and have a complex structure; once designed, they cannot be modified or expanded, but they are fast. Microprogrammed controllers are easy to design and have a simple structure; modification or expansion is convenient. To modify the function of a machine instruction, only the corresponding microprogram needs to be rewritten; to add a machine instruction, only a microprogram needs to be added to the control memory, but it is done by executing a microprogram. A specific comparison is as follows: Combinational logic controllers, also known as hardwired controllers, are composed of logic circuits and rely on hardware to implement the functions of instructions.

Working Principle of European RNA Controllers

Electromagnetic Chuck Controller: 380V AC voltage is stepped down by a transformer, rectified to 110V DC, and then enters the chuck via the control device. The chuck is magnetized during this process. Demagnetization is achieved by applying a reverse voltage circuit, allowing the controller to perform the demagnetization function.

Access Control Controller: The access control controller operates in two modes: inspection mode and identification mode. In inspection mode, the controller continuously sends query codes to the card reader and receives response commands. This mode continues until the card reader detects a card. Once detected, the card reader responds to the controller's inspection command with different responses. In this response, the card reader transmits the read card's internal code data to the access control controller, causing it to enter identification mode. In identification mode, the access control controller analyzes the card's internal code, compares it with the card data stored in the device, and performs subsequent actions. After receiving data, the access control controller sends a command to the card reader, restoring the card reader to its normal state. Simultaneously, the access control controller returns to patrol mode.

European RNA Controller Folded Fire Alarm

Automatic fire alarm systems should have both automatic and manual triggering devices. Various types of fire detectors are automatic triggering devices, while manual fire alarm buttons installed in fire compartment evacuation routes, stairwells, etc., are manual triggering devices. They should have the function of manually reporting the fire alarm in emergency situations.

The fire alarm controller is the heart of the automatic fire alarm system, with the following functions:

1. Receives fire signals and activates fire alarm devices. This device can also be used to indicate the location of the fire and record relevant information;

2. Can activate fire alarm signals through fire alarm transmitting devices or activate automatic fire extinguishing equipment and fire linkage controllers through automatic fire extinguishing control devices;

3. Automatically monitors the correct operation of the system and provides audible and visual alarms for specific faults.

Fire alarm controllers are diverse and can be classified into different categories according to different methods:

1. According to the control range, they can be divided into: a. Zone fire alarm controllers: directly connected to fire detectors, processing various alarm information. b. Centralized Fire Alarm Controller: It is generally not connected to fire detectors, but to area fire alarm controllers. It processes alarm signals from area-level fire alarm controllers and is commonly used in larger systems.

c. Control Center Fire Alarm Controller: It combines the characteristics of both area and centralized fire alarm controllers. It can be used as an area-level controller connecting to other controllers, or as a centralized controller connecting to other area fire alarm controllers.

2. According to structural type, it can be divided into:

1) Wall-mounted fire alarm controller: Connects fewer detector loops, with simpler control functions. This type is often used for area alarm controllers.

2) Desktop fire alarm controller: Connects more detector loops, with more complex linkage control. This type is often used in centralized alarm systems.

3) Frame-type fire alarm controller: Can achieve multi-loop connection and has complex linkage control.

3. According to system wiring method, it can be divided into:

1) Multi-wire fire alarm controller: The connection between detectors and controllers is one-to-one.

2) Bus-type fire alarm controller: The controller and detectors are connected via a bus, with detectors connected in parallel or series on the bus. Functions of the fire alarm controller:

1. Fire alarm: When a fire alarm signal is received from a detector, manual alarm switch, fire hydrant switch, or equipment connected to the input module, an alarm will be triggered in the alarm controller.

2. Fault alarm: During system operation, the controller performs time-based inspections. If an abnormality (equipment failure) is detected, an audible and visual alarm signal will be emitted, and the fault type and code will be displayed.

3. Fire alarm priority: If a fire alarm occurs while a fault alarm is being triggered or a fire alarm has been cleared, a fire alarm will be triggered. Once the fire alarm is cleared, the original fault alarm will be automatically triggered again.
