ATOS Stack Valve
The assembly requirements for ATOS stack valves are largely the same as those for traditional plate-type check valves. However, special attention must be paid to ensuring the mounting surfaces of each valve body align correctly to avoid leakage. The assembly steps are as follows:
1. According to the hydraulic circuit design, first stack the stack valve and the solenoid directional valve, with the O-ring side of the stack valve facing the base plate.
2. Before inserting the bolts into the stack valve, confirm that the oil hole position of the stack valve is correct and align it with the stack valve screw mounting holes.
3. Insert the dedicated mounting screws for the stack valve, ensuring that each screw is tightened to the specified torque.
Disadvantages of ATOS Stack Valves:
Due to the installation characteristics of ATOS stack valves, only valves of the same diameter can be used in the same group of stack valves, making selection flexibility relatively less than that of traditional plate-type hydraulic valves.
